Management
The Emerald Gardens Homeowners Association is managed by Emerald Gardens homeowner, past President, and Certified Association Manager (CAM 30383), Wayne Peterson. The Management Representative is not a member of the Board of Directors.
The primary responsibilities of the Management Representative is to maintain the finances of the Association, prepare and mail all homeowner and vendor correspondence, prepare and disseminate monthly meeting agendas and minutes, maintain the web site, respond to real estate inquiries and all other items as requested by the Board of Directors.
