 Welcome to Emerald Gardens 

The Emerald Gardens  Homeowners Association is the governing entity for the Emerald Gardens development. The Association was developed in 1994 and consists of five Board of Directors; each an Emerald Gardens homeowner. The development is comprised of 127 residential homes in a beautiful, well-maintained setting located off Wilkinson Road between Honore Avenue and McIntosh Road in Sarasota, Florida.

Through this web site, the Association hopes to gain better communication, input, involvement and volunteerism with its members, the homeowners of Emerald Gardens.

• To report speeding or other driving infractions in our neighborhood or within Sarasota County, call the Sarasota County Sheriff's Department at 941.365.TAGS (8247).

• The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be at 7:00 pm on November 18, 2009 at the home of Wayne Peterson.  Please call a Board member if you wish to attend.
